Tru By Hilton Meridian

We like the Tru hotels because they are efficient and attractive. This room was smaller than those we have occupied in the past, but it met the challenge of still being comfortable and efficient.

I like the cleanliness and the size of the rooms there.

Everything was immaculate. From the front desk staff to the house keeping and maintenance crew. A special thanks to J Andrews for all the up to date events and information he gave me. His ability to answer and questions I had in regards to the hotel or the city was superb. They all wore a inviting smile and never seemed to be distressed or agitated. I'll definitely be coming back to this location SOON. I didn't want to leave!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The entry and check-in desk is colorful and cheery. The other guests have been quiet and not disturbing restful sleep.

The breakfast was great! Finally a hotel with plenty of options and bacon! The receptionist Shay, was such a delight and made our stay much more enjoyable by being so friendly and welcoming and helpful!
